Nino in Jersey Boys – September 2016

Something very exciting is happening this September! We are so excited to announce that Nino is joining the cast of Atlantis Theatrical Entertainment Group (ATEG)’s Jersey Boys opening at Meralco Theatre this September 2016.

Fresh off a critically acclaimed performance as Bud in ATEG’s Bridges of Madison County in 2015, Jersey Boys will be Nino’s third show with Atlantis. He was Ethan Girard in The Full Monty followed by Bud from Bridges of Madison County which he starred in with theatre stalwarts Jo Ampil and Mig Ayesa.

Nino is very excited to join the cast of Jersey Boys since he loves the music of the era. “This is really music that I loved growing up,” he shares. “I’m so excited to be a part of this show!”

Jersey Boys is a jukebox musical with music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. It’s a fun rockumentary that dramatizes the formation, success, and eventual break-up of the 1960’s rock ‘n roll group The Four Seasons.

Nino joins the cast the bass of the group Nick Massi. He joins fellow musicians and actors, Nyoy Volante as the Frankie Valli, Christian Bautista as Bob Gaudio, and Markki Stroem as Tommy Devito.
