It was an honor for Nino to join the 12-hour Palakasin ang OPM event held last Saturday at Bonifacio High Street. As an OPM artist it is very important to Nino to support the strengthening of original Filipino talent in the country and all over the world.
The event, presented by Bactidol in partnership with Organisayon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) and Bonifacio High Street brought together several OPM artists and presented a fun collaboration series of different types of singers featuring partnerships between artists such as Ogie Alcasid and Sandwich, Christian Bautista and Basti Artadi, and more.
Nino went at 5:00pm at the satellite stage to promote the main concert and sang four original OPM songs including original songs from his past albums as well as the Filipino favorite and Alejandro anthem “Nakapagtataka” which Nino revived and “rockified” during his time on The Voice of the Philippines.
